Im technischen Verkauf Innendienst stellen Sie durch Ihre kompetente Kundenberatung, sowie pflichtbewussten und effizienten Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und leisten gleichzeitig einen wichtigen und wertvollen Beitrag für das erfolgreiche Wachstums des Unternehmens.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:
Technische Kundenberatung für die vielfältigen LEMO-Produkte und Lösungen

Abklären von Kundenbedürfnissen und Realisierbarkeit

Technische und kommerzielle Abklärungen innerhalb der Gruppe und bei den Partnerfirmen

Erarbeiten von Offerten sowie deren Nachfassen, Unterstützung des Verkaufs-Aussendienst

Pflege von Produkte-Stammdaten und Erstellen von Stücklisten im ERP-System

Bearbeiten von Qualitätsmeldungen; Dokumentation und Koordination der Fälle zum Herstellerwerk

Gelegentliche Kundenbesuche in der Schweiz, Teilnahme an Messen

Unterstützung des Innendiensts bei der Auftragsabwicklung

Your area of responsibility

In Technical Sales, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through your competent customer advice and your conscientious and efficient way of working, while at the same time making an important and valuable contribution to the successful growth of the company.

Your main tasks are:
Providing technical customer advice on the wide range of LEMO products and solutions

Clarification of customer requirements and feasibility

Technical and commercial clarifications within the Group and with partner companies

Preparation and follow-up of quotations, support for the external sales team

Maintaining product master data and creating parts lists in the ERP system

Processing quality reports; documentation and coordination of cases with the manufacturer's plant

Occasional customer visits in Switzerland, participation in trade fairs

Supporting the back office with order processing

**Profil recherché**:
**DEUTSCH**

Elektrotechnische, elektronische oder mechatronische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung, von Vorteil auf Stufe HF.

IT versiert, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systeme und MS Office.

Kundenorientierung mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil.

Vernetztes Denken, erkennen Prioritäten und können sich entsprechend organisieren.

Zuverlässiges, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Teamplayer und Hilfsbereitschaft.

**ENGLISH**

Basic training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics with further commercial training, preferably at HF level.

IT-savvy, in particular confident with ERP systems and MS Office.

Customer-orientation with strong communication skills.

Very good knowledge of German and good oral command of English, French an advantage.

Networked thinking, ability to recognise priorities and organise yourself accordingly.

Reliable, confident and friendly demeanour, team player and willingness to help.
