Besides becoming a fully recognized team member, this function provides the opportunity to learn first-hand about impact investing in emerging markets and be part of a lively and multicultural working environment.
The position is available immediately. It shall be taken on for at least six months and is limited to maximum twelve months.

**Your Main Tasks**
- Support Transaction Officers with coordination with borrowers and Investment Officers for obtaining and tracking various constitutional, legal, financial and regulatory documents.
- Validate these documents based on internal policy and AML guidelines; undertake necessary steps to remedy any discrepancies or non-compliant documentation.
- Draft contractual documents for Private Debt, such as promissory notes, loan agreements and waivers with the support of the Legal Department.
- Support of cashflow bookings, related to disbursements, repayments, and restructuring.
- Liaise with Custody Bank in relation to execution of queries of disbursements.
- Execute FX trades for deliverable and non-deliverable currencies.

**Your Experience and Skills**
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Business proficiency in English. Very good Spanish skills would be highly appreciated and any other additional language is considered an asset.
- Efficient, accurate and independent working style; able to work in close cooperation with team members across different geographies, enjoys and is able to easily operate in a culturally diverse working environment.
- Analytical skills, ability to stick to tight timelines and strong organizational and planning skills.
- Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments.
