***Head of Global Custody Operations***:
Olten | up to 40% Home Office | Reference 6851

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate diverse activities, including version updates and resolving system vulnerabilities within the IT Custody domain
- Manage security and compliance to internal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and information flow
- Implement releases and version upgrades based on SIX DevOps best practices, including CI/CD
- Utilize a range of distributed platform technologies, including Linux RHLE, COBOL/DB2, Apache Tomcat, Microfocus Enterprise server, Splunk, BMC Patrol, JIRA, GITLAB, Ansible, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant years of experience managing operations teams in a complex technology-driven environment
- proven experience in managing both project and change-related QA efforts, including defect management and progress tracking.
- skilled in leading and managing both onsite and offshore testers, providing direction and support to meet development and project quality goals
- strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or Spanish as a plus
