Unser ROCKEN-Partner mit Hauptsitz im Kanton Aargau ist ein weltweit im Bereich Life Science tätiges Unternehmen mit Standorten in der Schweiz, den USA, Malta, China, Deutschland und Frankreich. Das Unternehmen ist sowohl in der primären als auch in der sekundären Herstellung von Arzneimitteln tätig. Es entwickelt und produziert pharmazeutische Aktivsubstanzen für die forschende Pharmaindustrie, entsprechende Zwischenstufen und kontrollierte Substanzen und bietet zusätzlich Entwicklungs
- sowie Herstellungsdienstleistungen für fertig formulierte Arzneimittel inklusive sterile Abfüllung an.

**Deine Rolle**:
In dieser neu geschaffenen Position sind Sie dem Chairman des Audit Committees unterstellt und arbeiten direkt mit dem Chief Financial Officer zusammen. Sie sind Bindeglied zwischen Audit Committee, Board of Directors und Executive Committee. Diese Funktion deckt alle Aspekte der Sicherstellung eines effektiven Risikomanagements zum Schutz und zur Steigerung unseres Unternehmenswertes für alle unsere 11 Standorte und der globalen Funktionen ab. Sie arbeiten an unserem modernen Hauptsitz in Zofingen mit der Möglichkeit von Home Office (2 Tage pro Woche).

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Gewährleistung eines qualitativ hochwertigen, wertschöpfenden und digital unterstützten internen Audits
- Erhöhung und Beibehaltung unseres Unternehmenswertes durch risikobasierte und objektive Prüfhandlungen
- Erbringung eines Mehrwertes und Steigerung der Organisationseffizienz durch unabhängige und objektive Auditleistungen
- Erstellung eines risikobasierten und agilen Auditplans, des internen Auditbudgets und des Ressourcenplans
- Sicherstellung der Konformität mit den IIA-Standards
- Dokumentation und Kommunikation der Arbeitsergebnisse und der Audit-Reports samt Nachverfolgung der vereinbarten Korrektur
- & Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Koordinierung und Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Auditors
- Entwicklung und Ausführung eines Qualitätssicherungs
- und -Verbesserungsprogramms, welches alle Aspekte des internen Audits abdeckt, einschliesslich der Bewertung der Konformität mit den IIA-Standards
- Regelmässige Berichterstattung über die Ergebnisse des Qualitätssicherungs
- und Verbesserungsprogramms gegenüber den Stakeholdern

**Deine Skills**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss Rechnungswesen/Finanzen/Betriebswirtschaft
- 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungsprüfung, Assurance und Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung in einer Big-4 wird stark bevorzugt
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO) - praktische Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich Planung und Stakeholder-Management
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fliessende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- CPA/CIA-Qualifikation oder andere Zertifizierungen sind willkommen
- Regionale und globale Reisetätigkeit bis zu 10%
