Du möchtest die Verantwortung für unser dynamisches und motiviertes Team übernehmen und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität des Schweizer Finanzplatzes leisten? Du kommunizierst gerne, offen und klar? Als Head Master Data und Vault Handling im Bereich Business Operations bist du für die Wertschriftenabteilung und Unterhalt der Wertschriftendatenbank der SIX SIS zuständig. Die Abteilung ist in 2 Teams gegliedert, wobei du über diese Teamstruktur bis zu 25 Mitarbeitende führst.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- fachliche und personelle Führung
- verantwortlich für die professionelle, hochqualifizierte und zeitgerechte Abwicklung in den Bereichen Secom-Valorenstammdaten, Neuemissionen, allen Dienstleistungen im Tresorbereich mit Verwahrung und Verwaltung sowie Logistik von Werten und Archivierungsdienstleistungen
- verantwortlich, dass alle Prozesse effizient und risikominimiert definiert sind, diese im CRO-Tool aktuell dargestellt und die entsprechenden Prozess-Kontrollen sowie die Key-Kontrollen durchgeführt und dokumentiert sind
- Relationship-Management sowie Produktmanagementfunktion für EVA-Produkte und EVA-Kunden im Bereich Schuldbriefe inkl. ELA, non-Secom-Werte, Edelmetalle sowie spezielle Tresor-Produkte
- Projektverantwortlichkeit für Tresorlogistikerneuerungen und -Umbauten mit internen und externen Partnern und Lieferanten sowie Kostenstellenverantwortung für die Abteilung

- mehrjährige ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und vertiefte Wertschriften-Backoffice-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Logistik
- und Automationsbereich
- engagierte Teamplayer/-in mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen und Vertrautheit mit physischer Sicherheit
- ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- sehr gute mündliche & schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
