- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sowie unter Einbindung der zuständigen Prozesseigner identifizieren und optimieren Sie prozessübergreifende Schwachstellen und integrative Synergiepotenziale.
Sie etablieren in der Migros Industrie eine professionelle Process-Governance und verantworten deren stetige Weiterentwicklung.
Sie stellen mit Ihrem Team sicher, dass operative Reportingbedürfnisse in ein nachhaltiges Gesamt-konzept fliessen und priorisiert zur Umsetzung gelangen.
Sie koordinieren die Prozess Eigner und führen Schlüssel-Gremien zur Priorisierung neuer und laufender Vorhaben / Projekte in der Migros Industrie.
Sie führen das Team welches neueste IT-Technologien im Markt identifiziert und für die operative Nutzung im Betrieb prüft.

**Was Sie mitbringen**:
**Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)**:

Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen

**Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung**:

in vergleichbaren Industrien

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Französisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:
**Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in fachbereichsübergreifender Prozessverbesserung sowie in Best Practice Process Governance.
