- Then we are looking for someone like you to join our Chief of Staff Team COO P&C and Region Switzerland. As part of our team, you will work on the following tasks:
- Preparation of internal and external senior management presentations (e.g. FINMA meetings)
- Shaping and refinement COO people strategy (incl. diversity, equity & inclusion and key talent program)
- Close collaboration with Group Functions (esp. CDIO, GCS), COO Sectors and other Business Areas to shape / align key initiatives etc.
- Support of key governance and management bodies (incl. GEB, UBS Switzerland AG BoD / Executive Board, P&C Management Team, COO Business / Risk Forum)

- You will be working in the COO P&C and Region Switzerland Chief of Staff team in Zurich. We are the COO P&C and Region Switzerland’s right hand and responsible for bringing together the organization to deliver on the COO strategy and priorities. **Your expertise**
- a university degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on business strategy, general management or similar
- at least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably as business manager or strategist
- hands-on, analytical and content-focused team player who likes to collaborate and coordinate across organizations
- ability to cover and coordinate different topics in parallel, distill key messages from complex topics and transfer into senior management presentations
- flexibility and able to respond quickly while keeping high quality
- fluency in German and English (written and spoken) and strong MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint in particular)
