**Key activities**
- Establish, manage, maintain, and continually improve end-to-end processes under the Corporate & Finance R2R Tower (Record to Report) of JTB Europe HQ
- Establish and maintain R2R process maps and process documentations
- Monitor processes and ensure their continuous improvement and streamlining
- Ensure group-wide harmonization of processes
- Publish processes and provide user training
- Ownership of R2R KPIs and the related monthly reporting
- Establish, document, and maintain a solid platform for Finance Reporting
- Establish, harmonize, and maintain Finance reports
- Alignment and close collaboration with GPOs of the other two towers (P2P and O2C)
- Represent Finance R2R interests in the Process Council
- Act as business partner for other corporate departments like Business Controlling, Group Accounting, Treasury
- Act as business partner for IT
- Support Finance teams in local entities and Finance Hub
- Active participation in projects related to Finance processes.

**To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have**:
**Education**
- University degree (Master level) in Finance and Accounting or equivalent education

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in an international corporation
- Experience in Travel Industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Experience with Oracle HFM

**Knowledge**
- IFRS (Group Reporting)
- Standards for business process design and management
- Process Diagram standards (like BPMN)
- Solid understanding of accounting processes on local entity level as well as on group level
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and German

- Ability to abstract and recognize the bigger picture behind and around issues and processes
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage yourself
