**Business Development Manager FinTech**
Independent Swiss Asset Management Company based in Zug is now recruiting BusinessDevelopment Manager to develop, implement and promote to the clients a full new range of investment products based on extensive use of Financial Derivatives, Alternative Investments,Crypto and FinTech Solutions. We expect that you possess deep knowledge and experience in the specified fields, you are able to create and promote a new investment product independently, you are capable to communicate to the institutional investors and UHNWI clients with clear understanding of the product, of the client’s interest and to be able to sell the product to the benefit of the company and the client.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Based on knowledge, research, understanding of the market constantly develop a range of investment products using derivatives, alternative investments, crypto assets, FinTech solutions;
- Implement market tests of the products with feedback from the clients, from partners banks, from market regulators;
- Implement successful products to use for the companies’ clients;
- Create and support a network of other asset managers who could be interested in the new advanced financial products;
- Promote the new products to be used by external asset managers on the company platform.
- Provide constant internal education to keep the portfolio managers up to date with the new products.;
**Your profile**:
- Excellent proven past experience at least 5 years at top/executive in commodity and derivatives trading, product development;
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Finance, Corporate finance with bank and consultancy with experience in selling and trading financial products;
- Deep understanding of both theoretical and practical specifics of the financial derivatives;
- Alternative investment experience,
- deep knowledge of venture capital industry with own proven portfolio of investments;
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology. At least 2 years experience in handling, trading crypto assets;
- Experience in the interaction at the executive level with institutional investors, Ultra High
Net-Worth Individuals;
- University degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent, MBA from top school is very desired;
- Fluent oral and written English and Russian skills, German is a plus;
- CH / EU-country resident permit;
- Pro-active, problem-solving, “can do” attitude to work
- Excellent team player
