To bring Nomoko to the next level, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Business Development and Marketing Expert for the new role as

Head of Growth

**Contract**: unlimited, 100%

**Workplace**: Zurich

Tasks

**Your responsibilities**:

- Based on careful analysis you create and shape an overarching strategy for Nomoko products, break it down into commercial streams and coordinate with our Business Development/Sales Team and our Marketing Team for the execution
- You drive the company vision together with the executive team and the board
- Thanks to your analytical, data-driven approach, you’re on top of recent market developments and make sure to foster sustainable growth
- With your innovative mindset and intuition, you spark creativity when it comes to finding new markets and business opportunities
- You develop, implement and monitor long-term objectives and short-term goals for both Business Development/Sales and Marketing

- Extensive Experience in business development and marketing in the start-up world, including leading or significantly contributing to a successful scale-up
- Several years of leadership experience, great communication skills and the ability to align and motivate different stakeholders
- Passion for digitization in general and for Digital Twins specifically, self-starting data-driven mindset and high professionalism
- Excellent English and German skills
- Familiarity with the real-estate sector, preferably PropTech
