**Description**

**Your responsibilities**
- Perform production testing activities in two locations on quality and time, secure the here for required work force, coordinate the resolution of issues across business functions.
- Supervise and coach the team as required, support hands-on during peak load situations.
- Source, administrate, maintain and improve equipment and processes with your team.
- Contribute to and lead various production development activities, also beyond your team.

**Your background**
- Experienced, natural role model in context of lean leadership and lean process improvement.
- Fluent German and conversational English are a must.
- Preferably you have multiple years of experience in production testing of electrical / electro-mechanical industrial goods.
