Production Supervisor

In this role, you will lead the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets. **Your responsibilities**: - Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assembly of Excitation and High-Power Rectifier products - Ensuring fulfillment of timely, quality and cost targets - Implementation of a safe and structured working environment - Identifying deficiencies in production, drive continuous improvements, and overseeing their implementation - Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements - Working with HR Management to ensure that the assembly team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed - Guiding, motivating and developing team members to improve their skills **Your background**: - >5 years of experience in production area working as team leader or foreman with engineered-to-order electrical, industrial products - Demonstrated experience working on a production line as resource planner - In-depth knowledge of SAP, MES, APS as an advantage - A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills - A qualification as automation technician or similar is required - German is a must; English is a plus **Benefits**: - Canteen - Flexible work practices - Gym membership **More about us**:
