Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

Your mission will be to act as the primary contact person for the Financial Risk management of the Group by designing and deploying the adequate framework for the Trading Book and the Banking Book risk management.

- Defining the rules of engagement for Financial Risk (Market Risk and ALM Risk) activities across the Group.
- Setting the risk management framework and its principles.
- Running daily controls (e.g. capital requirement, limits consumption).
- Testing the functioning of the internal control system for Financial Risk activities.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and answering to any request from the regulator.
- Reporting relevant analytics to top management and board of directors.
- Presenting dedicated analysis to the Group Treasury and Market Risk Committees
- Managing the evolution of the tools used to monitor the Financial Risk with a focus on the automation, the quality of the data and the delivery of relevant dashboards.

Description du profil
- University degree in Finance or Science (engineering, mathematics etc) or qualification deemed equivalent. CFA, CAIA, CIIA or equivalent post-grade.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, setting up and managing complex risk frameworks within an investment led firm or department.
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives products, trading strategies and regulation.
- Knowledge of Front Arena, RiskPro, Tableau : a plus.
- Entrepreneurial and can-do spirit, autonomy and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical thinking.
- Solid organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.

As a self-motivated, entrepreneurial and result-oriented individual, you will act under the supervision of the Group Head of Investment Risk. You will be supportive and committed to improving the overall Financial Risk Management framework. You will also enjoy sharing your experiences with others.

As part of your duties you will be required to show initiative. As such, you will also have to demonstrate an ability to plan and manage your time effectively to achieve objectives, meet your deadlines and build strong relationship with the different Legal Entities' Risk teams to establish mutual trust and respect.
