Within the framework of Richemont's policy and the brand's strategy, Piaget is looking for a Compliance & Risk Manager that will be responsible for steering compliance, risk management, audit and internal control activities. The goal of this mission is, on the one hand, to make Piaget a responsible brand that respects all its obligations and, on the other hand, to minimize the major risks that may affect its business, in close collaboration with the Piaget and Richemont departments and entities in Switzerland and worldwide, and in a spirit of cooperation.

In the near future, this function will also take over the Brand Accounting Coordination between the activities managed by the Group the those of the Maison, having the final responsibility for the Brand reporting and results, both internally and to the Group.

The role is part of the Brand Finance organization, covering at Worldwide level all finance processes and responsibilities of the Brand perimeter, from the Product Development and Manufacturing, to the Marketing, Distribution (Retail and Wholesale) and Customer Service. This position is by definition transversal to all Brand functions and processes and it will be a key business partner to influence the strategic projects and operational activities, within a financial / risk-based framework.

The position reports to the Brand CFO, based in Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates), and it will be part of an entrepreneurial, dynamic and collaborative Finance structure.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Assuming the role of ICS (Internal Control System) leader and audit coordinator
- Being the point of reference with the corresponding Group functions and external auditors
- Ensuring compliance with the legal framework of our activities
- Analyzing new regulations that impact our company and take appropriate actions to ensure that they are applied internally
- Identifying and analyzing the major risks to the Piaget business in all dimensions and in all sectors
- Acting as a point of reference for crisis management issues: implement policies and action plans in accordance with Group guidelines
- Coordinating accounting services between the activities managed by the Group and the different departments of the Maison
- Working in close collaboration with the industrial and distribution controlling, in order to allow the different business analysis and the implementation of corrective actions at all levels

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You have at least 7-10 years’ experience as a Compliance & Risk Manager. Experience in a financial function is a strong asset.
- You have experience leading and coordinating various topics related to Audit, Risk and Compliance.
- You have strong leadership skills as well as communication skills
- You are a quick learner with a high sense of details
- You are able to communicate in French and English fluently (spoken and written).
