Advisory Investment Risk Manager

**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.-
**Your role**:

- Analysing Advisory portfolios from an investment risk perspective.
- Developing and updating the current methodology of risk analysis for Advisory portfolios.
- Identifying, monitoring, controlling and analysing risk parameters at various levels (trading book, portfolio, client, etc.).
- Implementing and providing risk mitigation measures.
- Producing reporting with actionable points for management.
- Assessing the investment rationale for new trades and their adequacy between clients’ needs, the PWM investment framework and financial markets.

**Your profile**:

- At least 5-7 years’ experience with a previous experience in the Advisory business.
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments, portfolio construction and risk techniques (stress tests, risk engine, etc.).
- Strong IT skills (SQL, Tableau, R) and analytical skills (pattern matching).
- Very proactive, output driven, able to take a step back in regards to the tasks and work autonomously.
- Analytically minded with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to step back and generate new ideas.
- Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
