Wir suchen im Exklusivauftrag, nach einem Product Market Manager CH. Du begleitest eine aktive Vermarktung und Vertrieb für die Produkte im Bereich Datacenter und Netzwerk in der Region Schweiz und trägst somit zum Wachstum der Firma bei. Ansässig ist die Firma im Raum Basel.

Aufgaben

Hauptaufgabe PM 40%
- Produktmanagement, Life-Cycle Management der Produktegruppe Datacenter und Netzwerk/Connectivity
- Entwicklungs-, Produktions
- sowie Vermarktungs-Kontrolle und Steuerung. Permanente Prozess
- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Produktentwicklung, Produktinnovationen und Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik und Lieferanten abgestimmt auf die DACH und Gruppe, anhand zu erarbeitenden Businiss Cases
- Mitgestaltung und Führung des gesamten Produkts
- sowie Services-Angebotes, inklusive Preisgestaltung auf Landesebene
- Zuständig für die Erstellung von Analysen zur Entwicklung und Initierung neuer Produkte und Services, Konkurrenzanalyse (Benchmarket), Auf-/Ausbau das Partner Netzwerk zum Produkt
- Erarbeitung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung

Hauptaufgabe Sales Power 60%
- Aufbau der Vertriebsstrategie, mit Markttrends und Anforderungen aus Kundensicht für aktuelle sowie zukünftige Produkte und Services
- Ausarbeitung der Produktpositionierung, der Marktmessage und vertrieblichen Argumente
- Mitgestaltung des regionalen Go-to-Market Plans, Verantwortung für dessen Umsetzung, Durchfürhung und Erfolgskontrolle
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im Bid Management Prozess, bei Ausschreibungen und Offerterstellung und beim aktiver Akquisition neuer Kunden

Weitere Aufgaben
- Eskalationsstelle für Anfragen aus dem Vertrieb, Technik, Lieferanten und Kunden
- Prozessmanagement als wichtiger Teil vom Qualitätsmanagement in den Arbeitsabläufen
- Budget und Zielverantwortung für den Bereich Datacenter und Netzwerk in Bezug auf das Produkt

Qualifikation
- Verständnis für den Bereich Datacenter
- Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb
- Technisches Studium/Nachdiplomstudium mit betriebswirtschalftlicher Ausrichtung und Affinität in Marketing bzw. ICT oder nachweisbare Erfahrung und Erfolge im gesuchten Umfeld
- Hohe betriebswirtschaftliche und Business-Prozessmanagement-Kenntnisse
- Prozessorientierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit guten kommunkativen Fähigkeiten, Flair für Kommunikation, Marketing und Technoilogie
- Verhandlungsstark im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten
- Analytisch, strukturiert und vernetzt dendenk
- Teamfähige, sozialkompetente Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungskraft

Erfahrung
- 3 bis 5 Jahre Facherfahrung im vergleichbaren Bereich
- Fundierte Marketing und IT Kenntnisse
- Gute, stillsichere Ausdruchsweise in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sprichst gut Englisch
