As a Global Service Product Manager, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of service product offerings. As owner of different Customer Care and Support service line offerings from end-to-end you will need to strongly collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure the success of the ABB offering to targeted market segments, through all its life cycle phases, according to market needs and Customer Care and Support service line strategy and targets. Support business results by overseeing all steps of the offering life cycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Owns certain current existing service product offerings (from CCS portfolio) and evaluates their business performance foreseeing further developments to adjust the offering to the market and strategy of CCS to support sustainable growth
- Identifies potential gaps in the current offerings, both against competition and new market opportunities, proposes and drives change to create maximum value, through value analysis and customer understanding
- Creates and owns a strategy for the accountable service product offerings, through planned roadmaps, customer feedback and service market trends and developments. Requests accordingly budget and development requirements to fulfill the proposed roadmap to Portfolio manager and relevant stakeholders
- Defines for the assigned service product offerings the product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensures clear communication to channels and users, to deliver clear offering positioning within the portfolio with defined values per offering line
- Collaborates in cross functional and cross-organization product and solution teams, to develop and drive assigned current service offerings successfully
- Monitors in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales the global sales target fulfilment and tender volumes and acts as appropriate
- Supports and evaluates a sustainability strategy for the global assigned offerings where applicable, supporting ABB's commitment to circular economy

**Your background**:

- Successfully completed business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Engineering degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years with service business development/product management experience, e.g. service or aftermarket business a plus
- Ability to get results in a global business through influence and collaboration
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional languages are advantageous
- Dedicated and motivated to achieving ambitious targets by collaborating with our internal service experts
- Strong communication, planning, coordination and organization skills to make global projects a success
- Agile mindset and ready to live up to the lean start-up approach (build, measure, learn)
- Strategic mindset and self-reflected demeanor to work at eye level with customers and colleagues at different hierarchical levels, both nationally and internationally
