- **Market Development Manager** who will be part of our corporate Distribution team in
- **Zurich / Switzerland.**

**Exciting Challenges**
- Develop the global retail business strategy and lead its implementation
- Define, implement and maintain processes and tools for the retail business in close collaboration with the regions and the focus countries
- Support focus countries with building-up and strengthening the local retail competencies
- Monitor markets and competitors
- Identify new business opportunities
- Lead the corporate retail business team (one person in the beginning)

**We Need Your Skills**
- Higher education in business administration, sales or marketing
- 5-10 years of experience in a leading role in the construction retail business on area or regional level
- High self-motivation to shape our retail business
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization
- Advanced written and verbal English skills to best collaborate with the country organisations
- Flexibility to travel 30-50% of the workload
- High leadership skills
