Responsabilités:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing de l’entreprise
- Diriger le développement de tous les plans marketing
- Analyser et gérer le budget marketing et optimiser les ressources pour rendre toutes les interventions efficaces et efficientes
- Effectuer des études de marché constantes afin d'analyser le comportement des consommateurs et d'adapter les plans aux besoins du marché
- Identifier les dernières tendances du marché et suggérer des améliorations pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise
- Superviser et gérer le département marketing
- Contrôler et analyser toutes les mesures de marketing et préparer des résumés de données afin d'évaluer l'efficacité des campagnes
- Éaborer et coordonner des campagnes de marketing multicanal (médias sociaux, événements, publicité, marketing numérique)
- Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques en matière de marketing et des dernières tendances du secteur afin d'actualiser les stratégies commerciales
- Assurer une liaison efficace avec tous les départements pour garantir une collaboration efficace
- Assurer en permanence que les objectifs marketing de l'entreprise sont communiqués à l'ensemble de l'organisation et améliorer les efforts de sensibilisation marketing de l'entreprise

Exigences:

- Licence en marketing, communication (ou équivalent)
- Expérience confirmée en tant que responsable du marketing (une expérience préalable dans le secteur Horeca sera considérée comme un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de négociation et de relations interpersonnelles
- Connaissance approfondie des stratégies de marketing traditionnelles et numériques (y compris les médias sociaux, le référencement, le SEM, le marketing de contenu, le marketing par courriel, la publicité en ligne et l'analyse de données)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership
- Capacité à motiver et à diriger une équipe en vue d'atteindre les objectifs fixés
- Capacité à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing efficaces et à les adapter aux besoins de l'entreprise et du marché
- Forte orientation vers les résultats
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français, italien et anglais
