**Head of Product Engineering | Risk-Tech | Zurich | Java | Kotlin | AWS**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for the worlds leading risk-tech companies based in Zurich. Cyber crime is a big risk for every company and every individual, you play a vital part in creating software that protects it users. It will be your responsibility to manage and build the product engineering team who are shaping the way insurance products are bought online.

You will be part of a multi-functional environment to create a greenfield, customer facing insurance products. In your day to day you will communicate with C level members and senior software engineers. It will be your responsibility to organise and structure 3 agile SCRUM teams and provide technical leadership.

**Tech**:

- Java, Kotling (other object oritentated languages like C++, Python and Go are welcome)
- Solid experience with RESTful API
- Experience with cloud platforms, AWS is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a high performing software engineering teams
- Promote clean code and make sure best practices are followed
- Manage senior stakeholders
- Track continuous improvement and growth of products
