In addition, the training coordinators must represent each other in the specialist areas. Therefore, care must also be taken that the functional training coordinator attends the training meetings with the learning workshops and cooperates with them.

Your tasks
- Responsible for the onboarding process
- Coordination and contact for the practical trainers.
- Coordination and contact with the various training companies for the needs-based training and further education of professional work practices
- Ensuring interdisciplinary training standards
- Supporting the functional trainers for successful training
- Professional trainer evaluations in the methodological-didactic area
- Representation of the training coordinator with a focus on apprentice training
- Representation of the Head of the Industrial Learning & Development Department

**Profile**:

- Further training and/or practical experience in adult education
- Experience in working with different stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate new pedagogical approaches.
- Experience in leading teams and conducting meetings.
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with employee and shift planning
- Strong communication and social skills
- German C1, English B1
