**Your Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and further develop the internal therapy training for the business united Vascular Intervention (online and classroom training)
- Manage the internal online Management Learning System (LMS) by setting up and following up all training material (e.g. Articulate360)
- Organize and implement classroom trainings in close collaboration with the Product Management Team
- Measure outcomes of training initiatives and create plans for continuous improvement
- Coordinate, organize and support customers product training and factory tours in BIOTRONIK Bülach
- Substitute the Academy Manager when needed

**Your Profile**
- Experience in an international organization; knowledge in training and education formats is an asset
- Experience and willingness to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with customers, external speakers & faculty, team player, details oriented, flexible and open minded
- Self-driven in setting priorities, set and meet goals and deadlines; capable of working independently
- Excellent English and German communication skills (verbal/written)
