**Lead Administration Team / Office Coordinator (M/F/d)**:**What can you expect**:
In this position, you are leading the administration team, supporting our Business Leads in administrative tasks as well as collaborate with the Chief of Staff on top priority projects. **We will count on you to**:

- Lead the administration department, including managing the nearshored team
- Support the business leads in administrative work and ad-hoc tasks
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on business critical projects

**What you need to have**:

- Administrative work experience, ideally in a similar position
- Experience as a team leader are an advantage but not a must
- Solid experience in MS-Office
- Business fluent in English and German are essential
- Positive can-do attitude and service orientation
- Very structured work style
