Wir suchen einen **Team Lead Data / BI** für unseren Klienten. Unser Kunde ist einer der weltweit führenden Unternehmensberatungen und Systemintegratoren für Business Analytics, digitale Transformation und Software Engineering.

Deine Rolle:

- Im direkten Umgang mit Kunden bist du ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner rundum das Thema **DWH/BI**:

- Du wirst Kundenprojekte entwickeln und den **technischen Lead **übernehmen
- Du entwirfst die Datenmanagement-Plattform unserer Kunden und identifizierst alle Datenfunktionalitäten, die implementiert werden müssen (**Datenladeprozesse, DWH, Data Lake, Datenvisualisierung**...).
- Du **definierst Referenzarchitekturen**: Standards und Prinzipien, Modellierung, Metadaten, Benchmarktools um die Anforderungen der Datenplattform zuerfüllen (z.B. **Cloud-Komponenten, ETL, Datenvisualisierungs-Tools**...).
- Du wirst **Teams leiten **und begleiten

Dein Profil:

- Du hast eine tatkräftig anpackende, ergebnis
- und leistungsorientiertePersönlichkeit und gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter
- Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien und deren Integration in bestehendeSysteme
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anforderungserhebung undidealerweise einige Jahre in Führungspositionen
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung beim Aufbau und Konzeption von komplexenDatawarehouse-Umgebungen (**Kimball, Data Vault**)
- Deine Kenntnisse in der **Datenmodellierung**, **Datentransformationen **sowie in der **Bereitstellung **und **Aufbereitung **von **Daten **sind solide
- Du verfügst über solide Kenntnisse verschiedener Tools in den folgendenBereichen: Cloud (**AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, Big Data (Hadoop**...), **Snowflake**, und **Datenvisualisierung **(**Tableau, PowerBI.**..)
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit **Git **und **CI/CD-Pipelines**:

- Kenntnisse der Programmierprachen **Python, R, MDX, DAX **u.Ä. sind von Vorteil
- Du sprichst fliessend **Deutsch **und **Englisch**

**Salary**: CHF150,000.00 - CHF180,000.00 per year
