SVP Indirect Sales - PAEN &PI

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will provide the overall strategy leadership for the Service Indirect Sales growth within Energy Industries globally through a challenging matrix management across Local Divisions and HQ. You will navigate between driving the right market growth initiatives through partners as it serves the business plans of a wide geography, each with a different level of indirect sales model maturity and reception. Your efforts will safeguard and complement the direct solution and service business, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to market growth. The main accountabilities for the position are: - Strategy Development: Create and maintain an effective indirect sales strategy aligned with each Local Division to enhance market penetration and growth. - Target Setting and Execution: Define and achieve key targets (volume, pricing, segment positioning) in collaboration with Region Indirect Sales Directors and Hub Service Leaders. - Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage new and existing partners, ensuring performance monitoring and mutual action planning. - Channel Management: Lead sales, account management, customer service, and tender management, providing support and training to partners. - Digital and Marketing Initiatives: Drive digital marketing, e-business, and promotional activities through channel partners to support local division sales strategies. - Risk and Governance: Implement standard tools and processes for risk management, contract management, and competitive positioning, ensuring regular governance and performance assessments.

**Qualifications for the role**:
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent area of study or experience); MBA is a plus; alternative areas of study can be offset by practical experience.
- Multi-discipline background including experience in commercial, sales, technical and channel manage-ment in adjacent industries within global and/or complex organization with 10+ years of experience.
- High say/do ratio, self-drive, credibility and energy
- Advanced problem solving and project management skills
- Proven ability to design and execute change management strategies from scratch and drive them to suc-cess.
- Personal leadership with high accountability, results orientation and ability to work in indirect and virtual teams.
- Team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Global mind-set and intercultural sensitivity
