**Job description**:
Main responsibilities will include:
Press Officer tasks:

- Working and generating content on PR projects and product launches
- Relationship building with media and digital influencer in Switzerland
- Creating PR communication plan for Switzerland in collaboration with Marketing Switzerland
- Regular dispatch for press material to press and influencers (online and offline)
- Organization of Swiss Press Events (including transports, accommodation, venues, interview schedule)
- Accompany and take care of Swiss journalists on events
- Handling requests for interviews / information / pictures / watches etc.
- Media Monitoring, analyzing data (collect and file clippings, statistics and reviews)
- Support regarding various information and material requests
- Control budget, open project sheets, handle invoices
- Flexibility to interchange tasks within the department when needed
- Budget responsibility for PR/influencers

**Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree in Communication or equivalent
- Copywriting skills
- Ability and readiness to represent company in terms of PR on events
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 5 years experience in a dynamic company

**Languages**:
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and French (mandatory) and have a good knowledge in English.
