**Your tasks****: - Lead interdisciplinary projects to develop next generation milling machines and related products - Ensure project success from both a technical and commercial perspective - Make all necessary decisions to ensure that goals such as schedules, product and project costs, technical specifications, and quality are fully met - Determine make-or-buy decisions and supplier decisions in collaboration with our procurement team - Ensuring world-class industrialization and a smooth production ramp-up in collaboration with the production team - Ensure a successful production launch in collaboration with our marketing and sales team **Your profile****: - Basic technical education and further professional qualification such as engineer (BSc, MSc) or MBA, experience with machine tools an advantage - Personality with leadership experience and coaching and organizational skills in the capital goods industry - Strong communication skills with very good written and spoken English and German, other languages an advantage - Solution-oriented thinking and organizational talent entrepreneurial thinking and result-oriented - High persuasiveness, ability to involve employees from different departments **Benefits**: - Clear vision and purpose- "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
