**Job description**:
In order to reinforce the E-Commerce team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

**E-COMMERCE PROJECT LEADER 100%**

**Main responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the launch of monthly Stories collection, coordination with IT, Marketing, Product
- Optimize site merchandising based on results analyzed using the different reporting tools on a global level
- Back up and support on website improvement projects, new developments and testing, launches and key activations, corporate projects
- A/B testing & personalization lead for website optimizations
- Drive & check online-store content optimization on a global level
- Backup support for website content management and monitoring of site performance at local level
- Monitor, support and handle if necessary the market’s merchandise updates
- Handling market needs and provide training if applicable

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or business, or IT
- Previous experience in a similar position and web/e-commerce agency
- Strong interest for new Internet technologies
- Experience managing content in a CMS and basic Knowledge of Html
- Experience or certified knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience in the management of complex and multinational projects
- Web analytics: SFCC & Google Analytics
- Good understanding of web design/development concepts, processes, and industry best practices for e-commerce
- Good understanding of IT and supply chain related topics

**Professional requirements**:
To be successful in this position, you must be fast learning, flexible, customer oriented and possess good project management skills. You are also able to work independently and are comfortable in a fast moving, ever changing international environment. Furthermore, you possess good human relationship skills and excellent communication.

**Languages**:
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English German and/or French are a plus.
