**Job description**:
Main responsibilities will include:

- **Develop and coordinate trade marketing**materials (collateral) in alignment with brand strategy and retail needs.
- **Define and implement training strategies**, including the creation of training material and coordination with different stakeholders.
- **Lead and develop projects for personalized watches** from technical maintenance to e-commerce integration in close collaboration with the different stakeholders.
- **Lead cross-functional marketing projects** from concept to execution, including instore activations, story books, etc.
- **Manage photoshoots** in collaboration with Team Leader, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
- **Supervise the department apprentice,** providing guidance, training and support in their daily tasks.
- **Support internal administrative task** (organizing trips, follow up on contracts, internal platforms, etc).
- **Monitor and report on project performance**, including monthly updates budget control
- **Coordinate and lead internal meetings**
