- Staefa, SwitzerlandGlobal Supply Chain Planner
- You will be part of the Global operating planning team within our Supply Chain organization and liaise with various functions across the globe. The Global Supply Chain Planner continuously tracks, analyzes, reviews, and aligns demand and production capacities of a broad range of products, goods or materials to ensure optimal availability of supplies with regard to mid and long-term planning.**Your tasks**
- Ensure global capacity alignment between the different manufacturing sites
- Ensure that demand and long-term planning are most efficient and in line with standards and recommends corrective actions if required
- Responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of key master data in SAP SCM (APO) and in SAP ECC
- Oversee all planning activities of the own category supply
- Support the implementation of performance improvement activities to increase the quality of demand and supply planning
- Coordination with product managers, group companies, and internal suppliers to develop feasible long-term supply plans
- Play a key role in launch and phase out planning process
- Interact with all product sites to ensures component availability during development and introduction phase
- Promote and manage cross-functional and effective relationships
- Foster and support the adoption of best practices, the identification of continuous improvements initiatives, and drive process adherence

**Your profile**
- Bachelor degree in economics, logistics, supply chain, additionally an APICS, CPSM or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with relevant supply chain experience
- Proficient MS Excel and SAP (PP/MM & APO) skills
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus (e.g. German)
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive deliverables and build plans based on a critical path and interdependencies
