**Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) Development Manager**:

Global SCM Development Manager is responsible to drive digitalization within Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization, coordinating the development and the introduction of processes and tools to support, in full alignment with other function such as Global Category Managers, the best supply base through the total cost of ownership (TCO) to exceed the internal and external superior customer experience. He or she has the responsibility to meet and exceed, for the assigned area of responsibility, the agreed division targets and secure the execution of all division strategic initiatives. He or she will bring added value by establishing a new and innovative way of working in SCM. He or she has also the responsibility to form, coordinate and align team members located in different countries with the ambition to aligning local and global digitalization initiatives. Furthermore, he or she will identify, select, and manage internal or external resources necessary to support the development of tools, dashboard, etc.

Head of SCM MOSD

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a Global SCM development strategy (processes and tools).
- Coordinate a global team (dotted line leadership).
- Introduce and/or optimize processes and tools to drive efficiency within SCM.
- Predictive Data analytics for Products and Material
- Dashboards Development - Budget, KPI, Logistic Cost, risk assessment and mitigations.
- Maintain and develop key indicator performance measurements.
- Promote process automation in collaboration with other divisional functions.
- Share best practices globally inside of SCM team and colleagues.
- Lead executive presentation preparation and content coordination

**Your background**:

- University degree in Technology or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of the SCM main processes
- IT background (MS Tools, Data Mining, Power BI, etc)
- Leadership skills and collaboration between different divisions and business areas
- Fast problem-solving skills
- Patient, passionate, ability to work under pressure, persistent with continuously improvement mindset
- Cultural awareness, good communication, good argumentation and ability to influence internally and externally
- Fluent written and spoken English
