Agile End to End Supply Chain Global Change Agent

**About** the role**:
Program AGILE is the key strategic transformation program for Global Manufacturing & Supply and Global Quality (GMS/GQ) to support the growth strategy of Takeda and to realize the GMS mission of ensuring the timely supply of quality products to Takeda Markets.

As an End to End (E2E) Supply Chain (SC) Global Change Agent working on the Project AGILE with the Global Supply Chain and partnering with the Business Excellence Team, you will be empowered to contribute to the Supply Chain Workstream within the AGILE Program in GMS/GQ. You will be responsible for delivering Supply Chain excellence strategies across the full Global Supply Chain Operating model and delivering on these strategies as part of Program AGILE.

**How you will contribute**:

- Implement End-to-End (E2E) Value Stream Management for high complexity products globally
- Implement End-to-End (E2E) Value Stream Management for high complexity products globally
- Implement supply planning principles for high complexity products globally
- Lead and Manage the scope, schedule, stakeholder and communication, and report/escalate crucial issues to Site Leadership Team and/or project sponsors in a timely manner
- Develop E2E Value Stream Mapping by products and facilitate product managers to implement identified improvement opportunities together
- Contribute inventory management by utilizing Value Stream Mapping.
- Secure implementation of clear processes, Roles & Responsibilities, decision & information structures, project management for progress of each wave of AGILE E2E SC activities
- Develop best practices of supply planning through collaboration with each supply chain organizations and manage knowledge of best practices
- Deploy best practices of supply planning to individuals of supply chain, and create self-sustainable structure at each site
- Align with a wide range of stakeholders including plant directors, supply chain managers, commercial organizations in order to increase cross-functional alignment
- Develop people so they have supply chain expert knowledge, experience, and skills

**DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS**

Required
- Experience with project work as a project manager.
- Experience with complex decision and planning processes.
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping / End-to-End value streams.
- Educational degree within Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economy or similar.
- Capable of presenting, training and facilitating in English.
- Certificate -Hold supply chain professional certificate (For example, CPIM or CSCP by APICS) or proven track record in supply chain management.
- Advanced knowledge and Experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning), SAP BI (Reporting).

- Digital Capabilities - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Minitab, Power BI, Qlik Sense, RPA, etc
- Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
- Certificate
- Hold supply chain professional certificate (CSCP, APICS) and project management Professional certificate (PMP, PMI).

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- A technical or management undergraduate degree is required. An advance technical or management degree (MBA/Masters) is preferred
- Minimum years of experience: 5 to 11 years
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferable
- Prior work experience: Relevant experience and understanding of Supply Chain processes and requirements in an international environment with coordination of cross-functional projects
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing is required
- Other relevant languages are a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time (domestic and international travel).
