This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, and directly reports to the Senior Supply Chain Director for the region.

**The Position**

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible to ensure Novo Nordisk’s product availability to patients with uninterrupted, efficient, and compliant supply.

In addition to this you will be responsible for linking S&OP processes and demand forecasting to fulfilment. You will help to drive transformational and continuous improvement projects in the supply chain on process optimalization and digitalization. You will be assisting the Affiliate Response Team from regional perspective, closely working together with the affiliates and business areas.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Highlighting process improvement opportunities and drive these proactively
- Providing analytics on material allocation, inventory, supplies and assisting in preparation for product launches from regional perspective
- Indicating and driving improvement projects in the Supply security and reporting scope and providing business support by driving digitalization opportunities in the supply and analytics space
- Ensuring timely reporting on regional and IO-level, providing analytics service to Supply, Demand, allocation and reporting topics
- Proactively drive improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance in regional compliance topics and assist in eventual audits and supporting the regional SC team on reporting, analytics and operational follow up

- High degree of flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever-changing business dynamics You have strong business drive with customer centricity, business acumen and commercial mindset with project management experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, also within organisational matrix structures and cross-cultural teams
- You have an excellent command over both written and spoken English.

As a person you are result oriented, you have entrepreneurial growth mind-set and an ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives.
