Durch deine lösungsorientierte Art entstehen immer wieder kreative Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Du hast bereits in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Gastronomie deinen Rucksack vollgepackt.

**Dein monatliches Mise en Place beinhaltet**:

- **Verantwortung**: Du arbeitest eng mit den Betrieben und diversen Schnittstellen wie HR, F&B oder Marketing für die Erreichung der operativen und strategischen Ziele zusammen.
- **Dienstleitungsbereich**: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für deine zugeteilten Betriebe. Du hast für das vielfältige Buffet Lösungsvorschläge sowie Ideen für das daily business bereit, wobei du gerne an unsere Standorte pendelst.
- **Hands-On-Mentalität**: Du bist gerne am Puls des Geschehens in den Betrieben und verlierst nie den pragmatischen Ansatz aus den Augen.
- **Führung und Teamarbeit**: Du übernimmst gerne eine Führungsrolle und bist gewohnt, mit unterschiedlichsten Charakteren zusammen zu arbeiten und einen Konsens zu finden.
