**Digital Experience Manager EF Academy**
As a digital experience manager, you will own the ideation, implementation, and optimization of the digital marketing strategy. Design a cross-platform digital experience that engages key decision makers, through strategic placement, compelling content, and storytelling. You will manage our omni-channel strategy and customer journey to generate leads, raise awareness and drive conversions.

**What does the role entail?**
- Define, manage, and optimize the digital marketing strategy of numerous markets
- Run campaigns across target markets and channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on top search engines, e.g. Google, as well as Display and YouTube campaigns
- Ensure efficient implementation of digital campaigns while working with multiple stakeholders, projects, and geographies
- Analyze customer and behavioural data to identify how to find, convert and engage customers across the customer journey creatively and innovatively
- Optimize marketing efforts through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps.
- Stay ahead of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage, plan, and adjust budgets to achieve objectives
- Identify and develop new advertising opportunities for your markets
- Analyse and communicate results of advertising campaigns to stakeholders
**What we look for in an applicant**:
Your competencies:
- Demonstrated knowledge and track record of working with tools such as Facebook Ad Manager, Tik Tok ads, LinkedIn ads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on top search engines, e.g. Google, Bing (SEM), as well as Display and YouTube campaigns
- Experience in developing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing cohesive, cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to self-execute and get the job done.
- Relentless use of data to make decisions
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing management, including Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Willing to go on a ride to overcome some obstacles, do new things, constantly learn and able to work in a high-paced environment with hands-on approach
- Able to come up with interesting ideas and test it quickly
- Good at talking to people and solving problems together
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English. Other languages are a plus
- Excellent Excel skills, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills
