To strengthen our Intelligent Industry team, we are looking for a Manager Digital Engineering & R&D (M/F/d)

Today's market requirements pose great challenges for the engineering of tomorrow. The creation of complex products must be made more efficient and at the same time more flexible. Teams must work together in a decentralized manner in order to implement new business models through product innovations at short notice. In this context, in order to shape the engineer experience of tomorrow with innovative methods and technologies, we advise our clients in the four thematic areas of:

- Your qualifications
- Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences with an economic, technical, or information technology orientation.
- Industry knowledge: several years of practical project experience in the field of engineering in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors. Experience in the project management of complex transformation projects in the engineering environment.
- Consulting experience: 3+ years of consulting experience.
- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
