**Role Requirements**
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities for the product
- Assess value, develop cases and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure focus on maximising the value within the product strategy
- Ensure all necessary documentation, user stories and process maps are documented
- Proactive role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completing of release/sprint goals
- Plan and prioritise the product feature backlog and development for the product
- Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project as well as create user requirement logs
- Understand enterprise architecture concepts and appreciate the complexity of technology delivery
- Produce weekly status reports and analysis plus submit information to necessary managers and stakeholders within the organisation
- Research and analyse the market and users to ensure the product is in line with industry requirements and expectations

**Experience**
- Bachelor Degree Holder from a recognised University
- Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields from a recognised University
- Must have a detailed appreciation of enterprise architecture concepts and truly understand the tricky areas of technology delivery
- (preferred) Understanding of products covered by wealth managers such client profiling processes, financial planning approaches, advisory regulations, portfolio management, and portfolio performance analysis
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence as well as AGILE methodologies
- Proven track record on digital project delivery
- Fluent in written and spoken English preferred
- Independent person with strong sense of work commitment and presentation skills, and ability to handle fast-paced environment
