Product Owner - Cash Management

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
VOTRE MISSION :- Vous engagez les discussions business pour clarifier les besoins et vous les transformez en user stories en collaboration avec les business analysts- Vous analysez les cas de support de niveau 3 et déterminez s’ils doivent faire l’objet d’une correction ou d’une évolution au sein du produit- Conjointement avec l’équipe de développement vous quantifiez les coûts de développement des fonctionnalités puis vous définissez leur priorité en accord avec les unités business- Vous assurez la coordination avec d’autres équipes produit pour la mise en place de solutions transverses- Vous animez l’équipe de développement Cash en participant aux différentes réunions faisant partie de notre framework Agile Scrum (sprint démo & planning, rétrospective, daily stand-up)- Vous planifiez le contenu des différentes releases de votre produit et participez à la documentation utilisateur qui les accompagne en collaboration avec le Release Manager- Vous contribuez activement aux campagnes de tests ainsi qu’aux phases de déploiement- Vous êtes en charge des business analysts et chefs de projet de l’équipe

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:
- Formation supérieure de type master ou universitaire-
- Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets et portefeuilles de projets qui se déroulent en parallèle- Expérience concrète dans une méthodologie Agile, Scrum serait un plus- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie, proactivité, capacité d’adaptation, esprit d’équipe- Capacité à convaincre et trouver des compromis, aisance communicationnelle- Français et anglais courants- Domicilié-e en Suisse ou volonté de se relocaliser en Suisse
