Bring your visionary leadership and luxury industry expertise to an exciting journey of excellence and innovation. **HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?** Media Transformation and Strategy: - Lead the long-term media transformation and strategy for the Maison, collaborating with the media agency, Brand Communication Director, and CMO. - Develop data-driven strategies based on thorough analysis. - Own and lead the annual global media strategy, planning, and implementation. - Take full ownership of digital media strategy and execution, including managing Search and Social strategies globally. Collaboration and Efficiency: - Maximize media plan efficiencies by coordinating with other departments such as PR, events, eCommerce, etc. - Collaborate with Media Richemont to implement processes, guidelines, legal requirements, and market intelligence. Market Support: - Deploy the media strategy and ensure its holistic execution across 15 markets. - Review and validate market plans and activations. - Maintain constant communication with the 15 markets to ensure quality media plan implementation. Advertising: - Ensure the perfect implementation of advertising guidelines. - Approve all visuals for media implementation. - Ensure timely delivery of media files to the agency. - Develop and deploy 3 to 4 media guidelines per year. Team Management: - Lead, manage, and coach a team of 3, including media specialists and coordinators. Budget Management: - Lead the annual budget recommendation and ensure adherence to budget guidelines. - Maintain ongoing budget control, including invoicing, consolidation, and reporting. **Requirements**: - Proven track record with at least 10 years’ experience in the media industry. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. - Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Strategic and Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically and critically when developing media strategies. - Data-driven: Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions. - Outstanding media and luxury industry understanding: In-depth knowledge of offline and digital media, as well as the luxury industry. - Entrepreneurial/Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the media function. - Team Management: Experience in effectively managing and coaching a team. **HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?** As a significant member of the Vacheron Constantin community, you are also part of a much bigger family at Richemont.
