**Description du poste**:
Vous offrez un service à la hauteur d’une grande marque en assurant la communication, principalement écrite, avec notre clientèle internationale à travers différents canaux. Vous analysez les circonstances des demandes, évaluez les attentes des interlocuteurs, et apportez des solutions personnalisées visant à renforcer la fidélité des clients. Vous soutenez également nos partenaires commerciaux et contribuez aux projets d’amélioration continue de l’expérience client OMEGA.

**Profil**:
Au bénéfice d’une expérience pratique dans la communication ou la relation client, vous possédez d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles dans les langues française et anglaise au niveau orthographique, grammatique et stylistique et maitrisez l’espagnol (l’allemand est un plus). Excellent communicateur, vous faites preuve de diplomatie et d’une conscience professionnelle aiguë. Vous savez vous identifier à une grande marque et soigner les contacts avec nos clients et partenaires internationaux. De nature empathique et optimiste, vous restez flexible et abordez les défis dans un esprit constructif orienté client.
