International Sales Support Manager

Job title: International Sales Support Manager

Location: Remote

Short description:
The Sales Support Manager is a function within Hexagons Sales Support Team of BU Metrology Devices, responsible for technical and commercial sales support. In this role you are also responsible for technological and commercial support of the Hexagon commercial operations and of their customers. This includes product trainings, customer visits also as quotation and project management.

The Sales Support Manager will report to the Director Sales Support & Business Development.

Tasks in more detail:
Increase product knowledge in our sales channels
Support and help commercial organisation to sell products and solutions
Providing technical sales support and product training to the Commercial Operations and their customers
Develop content for sales tools
Participate in training of the sales force, client visits, exhibitions and seminars
Responsible for internal Quotation process as an interface between Commercial and Product management Operations in all aspects of customer quotations
Use market knowledge to help sales align their selling process to the way the market wants to buy
Market and Competitive Intelligence
**Requirements**:
Min 5 years experience in the related area as an individual
Strong preference of metrology product knowledge metrology software
Experience in sales/ sales operations/ sales support/ revenue facing roles
Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities, work remotely
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
Travel: 30%+
