With almost 30 years in the business, SAM International GmbH is one of the largest Nordic executive search, recruitment, and HR services companies in the industry and we are currently present in more than 10 countries. Due to growth, we are actively recruiting independent Recruitment Partners to join our Swiss company.

Tasks
- Using your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs.
- Assist existing SAM clients in their recruitment needs.
- Hold client meetings to acquire new business.

**Requirements**:

- You have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order.
- You are registered as an independent consultant/sole trader/have your own company.
- Experience with recruitment (agency/internal) is a big plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage workflow and time.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Fluent in French and/or German, and English.
