**Job Description**:
**Summary of Position**:
This is a 6 month fixed term contract. The purpose of this role is to manage all activities related to outbound of products from the 3PL operated Distribution Centers to Canada Goose Wholesale-Customers. The focus of the role is to ensure that all outbounds for Wholesale-Customers are processed in accordance with our SOPs, within the agreed KPIs and with the right costs. In addition, the incumbent will proactively act to resolve any pending issues in the flow, so Wholesale orders will be shipped to the customers on time. The logistics Coordinator is also the main point of contact for our Wholesale commercial teams for all logistics related queries and questions. The Logistics Coordinator will deputize the Logistics Coordinators from other channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish fruitful and effective relationship with the warehouses and Wholesale commercial teams.
- Monitor the orders and the shipments execution to the Wholesale customers and investigate deviations from SLA.
- Independently monitor transport execution and investigate in case of deviations.
- Prepare and run proactive S&OP meetings independently
- Implement and adjust relevant KPIs. Monitor performances and initiate improvement processes
- Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence
- Monitor orders at the WHs from release until delivery. Proactively support and creatively find solutions in the delivery booking process when needed
- Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies for Wholesale
- Adhere to SOX-regulations in process-execution and documentation
- Initiate improvement processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Update the wholesale Error-log on a weekly basis and provide logistics updates, close cases when needed and provide feedback to finance, sales and sales operations
- Ensure SOX compliance, including processing monthly SOX reports
**Experience, Education**
- 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics and a Formal education in the field of Logistics
- Wholesale experience is a plus
- Language: English and any other European language is a plus

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
