Marketing & Events Coordinator (German speaking) ISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the EMEA Marketing team with a strong focus on event management. Role dedication: approximately 70% of the time will be spent managing and executing marketing events across the region, with responsibilities gradually expanding into broader marketing duties during off‑peak seasons. Language requirements: fluent in English and German; proficiency in a third European language is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post‑event reporting. Assist in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities during non‑event periods. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activities. Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languages. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist roles. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural environment. Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantage. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
