- Division: Marketing- Job Type: Permanent roleTo strengthen our global Marketing department, we are recruiting a** Brand Excellence Manager** based at our headquarters in Geneva. In this position, your mission is to maximize the local brand impact on our top 10 markets for our bacterial lysate products by effectively adapting and implementing global marketing strategies. Reporting to the Brand Excellence Lead, your role is pivotal in feeding long-term and short-term global brand strategies with valuable data and insights.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Guide the adaptation and execution of global brand strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies
- Focus on the top 10 markets to tailor global strategies to local needs in collaboration with key partners and the Commercial teams
- Spearhead pilot projects at local levels to test and refine new marketing strategies or initiatives
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and technological integrations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement
- Develop training tools and act as the primary brand trainer across markets
- Develop comprehensive market access plans for existing brands, focusing on value dossier creation
- Work in close alignment with the Brand Excellence Lead, Brand Leads and Medical Leads to ensure that brand strategies are in sync with overall brand goals, effectively complementing the analytical insights

Business travels are required for this position, around 10% of working time.

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

- Proven experience in Brand Management, Market Research, and strategic/analytic marketing support roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Recognized strategic planning and communication skills
- Full fluency in English with, ideally, good knowledge in French
- Proficiency in MS-Office tools, particularly Excel

Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership and strong communication skills, you know how to convince and manage different cross functional stakeholders. Finally, you are organized and able to prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment.
