My client, a pharmaceutical company with a good reputation is looking for Global Brand Manager to join their team located in Geneva canton.

This person will define the global strategy for one of their main products and ensuring its execution at all levels (local, regional, global) to hit the targets.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Play a key role in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan to achieve revenue targets and increase penetration and market share of a similar products.
- Propose the communication strategy and develop assets to promote product to our targets in collaboration with other departments, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze the performance of your brand, competitors, and potential future impact to manager your business and hit your target at all levels (local, regional and global)
- Analyze sales performances, market data, forecasts, and consumer trends to identify business opportunities and create a data base with all relevant information.
- Work closely with various departments and external agencies to manage your brand strategy.
- Manage, create, and measure marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns and medico-marketing supports.
- Monitor the activities and marketing plans of several markets (LATAM, APAC,...) and act as a global point of contact for these markets to identify best practices and ensure alignment with the local, regional, and global strategy to create a strong value on your brand.
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or science with minimum 5/10 years experience in marketing, advertising, or sales management in pharmaceutical industry.
- Local, regional, and global marketing experience required.
- Strong analytical skills to define marketing strategy to hit your target.
- Strong leadership in cross-functional team with a good communication internally and externally.
- Collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills
- Experience in market analysis and project management at a global level required
- Ability to manage stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong team player, dynamic and who can bring innovation to achieve the targets.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
