**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Shape and plan the setup of the Core Banking Program as part of the Program Mgm, once defined
- Responsible for the end-to-end project delivery (feasibility and execution) based on committed scope, time and budget of the assigned project(s)
- Initiate and monitor project tasks and actively report project progress (status, activities, etc.)
- Proactive management of project risks and issues
- Break down overall project goals into working packages
- Assure quality of project results
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain close contact with Sponsors, Architecture, STC Members and other stakeholders
- Lead and motivate project team
- Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the operations organization(s)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Senior Project Mgmt Skills (overall
- / IT-PL), methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Experienced in managing complex projects (IT, Business, Transition), in the area of integration / implementation of «Standard-SW» (involved in negotiation with 3rd party vendor) and replacing an old legacy platform
- Very good organizational, communication (also on senior management level) and problem solving skills
- Good business knowledge across major areas of Core Banking, Finance, Risk
- Interest in base technology and concepts of Core Banking Systems
