**We are looking for Project Managers in Private Banking based in Geneva or Zurich**
To support the growth of our Wealth Management Practice, we are looking for Project Managers with experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management sector. **What you can expect**
- Overseeing and effectively leading multiple priorities and projects from inception through post implementation review.
- Performing high level analysis for business requests and developing summary documents and reports with executive finish
- Managing and coordinating the contractual deliveries towards the client
- Coordinating with the client counterpart on overall planning for project, ensuring control of the scope, deadlines, costs and quality of deliverables
- Proposing and supporting any change in the organization of projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance
- Leading the team in the Rightshore® Mode (on-site, nearshore and offshore)
- Representing Capgemini in various governance forums with the customer
**What we expect from you**
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer science, and/or in Finance with a strong IT experience
- Project management experience (5+ years) on the implementation of a package solution in Wealth Management, from assessment till deployment, for private banks
- Technical knowledges and experience:
- For **Project Managers in CRM**, strong knowledge of private banking processes ( _onboarding, static data management, CRM/CLM, KYC, client visit, cross-border rules, Finma, Data Protection, and related compliance topics_ ) and experience with CRM solutions such as Finantix and WDX
- For **Digital Project Managers**, experience in leading implementations of emBanking solutions for Private Banks
- For **Project Managers in Core Banking Systems**, good knowledge of solutions such as Avaloq, Temenos T24 and/or Olympic and experience in the implementation of at least one of these solutions
- Good capabilities to build commitment from very different actors in a complex organization
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivery methodologies
- Fluency in English and French or German
