Our client is looking for individuals with excellent sales and business development skills. Ideally from a related service sector such as global mobility, relocation, or HR.

Partnering with the Head of Business Development, you’ll join a highly successful immigration team in a position offering opportunities to grow, develop and advance your career.

**The role of the Business Development Executive include**

  • Researching and identifying key decision-makers to find leads and prospects
  • Identifying prospects using multiple resources such as; business directories, websites, social media and other sources
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and techniques, utilising knowledge to understand client requirements and present the most suitable visa and immigration solution
  • Target dormant and/or inactive leads and opportunities to be reactivated
  • Building and developing professional relationships, fostering and covering these into new client business
  • Using strategic sales and business development techniques to convert these into clients
  • Participating in the creation and delivery of RFPs, contract negotiation and deal closures
  • Regularly attending trade shows, and networking events for brand representation and client development
  • Track sales via salesforce

**Skills and experience required for the Business Development Executive position**:

  • 1-3 years of experience is Sales and Business Development
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in B2B
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR Global Mobility
  • Fluent German and English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Solutions based selling experience
  • Passion and hunger for sales and success
  • Proven track record of achieving goals
  • Ability to identify decision-makers
  • Excellent relationship development skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
