**What you’ll do**:
**Other responsibilities include**:

- Acquiring and demonstrating a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
- Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
- Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
- Develops ideas in co-operation with customers and implement customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways

**Essential for the role**
- Demonstrated pharma sales and/or marketing experience
- Prior therapy area experience desired
- Good strategic and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with different commercial and digital channels
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge in market ethical rules
- Excellent French language skills, English and German skills are also required
